Involved in public administration reform efforts of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia since their beginning in 1998. Participated in the elaboration of the Strategy on Public Administration Reform of the country adopted by the Government in 1999 and in the drafting of several legislative acts related to PAR, including the Law on Civil Servants.
Held the positions of a Head of the Government Unit on PAR and Director of the Civil Servants Agency. Was also Head of Public Policy and Public Administration Department at Euro Balkan Institute involved in the implementation of numerous consulting, training and technical assistance projects related to PAR and civil service in Republic of Macedonia.
Attended the University of St. Cyril and Methodius, Skopje, Republic of Macedonia. Has M.A. in European Politics and Policies, Department of Government, University of Manchester, United Kingdom.
